Richard
Richard's distinguished career began in the British Army, where he served in multiple conflict zones, specializing in counterterrorism, international security, and humanitarian missions. After his military service, he provided close protection for officials from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as well as for international dignitaries. He further honed his expertise by working with high-net-worth individuals and organizations in the Middle East and Africa, where he also offered remote medical support and security advice in challenging environments, including the Arctic Circle. Upon relocating to Asia, Richard has delivered his extensive security and risk consultancy services to a diverse clientele in the food and beverage and events sectors, adapting his approach to meet the distinct challenges of each region and industry. Beyond his professional pursuits, Richard has been practicing martial arts since childhood and has a deep passion for equine sports, both of which enhance his discipline and focus.
Nutchanart Sirre
Nutchanart Sirre brings a unique blend of human resource management and entrepreneurial spirit to our team. With a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a decade of experience in the hotel industry, Nutchanart has honed her skills in managing diverse teams and optimizing operational efficiency. Following her successful tenure in hospitality, she channelled her expertise into founding and running a costume business for eight years, showcasing her ability to innovate and lead in dynamic business environments. At our Security and Risk Management Company, Nutchanart applies her extensive background in people management and business operations to enhance our organizational strategies and client relations.
Paul
Paul brings a wealth of experience in security to our team. A distinguished alumnus of the renowned Task Close Protection Academy, he has spent his career safeguarding high-net-worth individuals and organizations. With extensive experience across Asia, Paul has a deep understanding of the region's diverse cultures and the unique security demands of working in this dynamic area. He has also worked for several years with MTV and other prominent media organizations, enhancing his expertise in media-related security challenges. Outside of his professional life, Paul is a passionate martial artist and fitness trainer, constantly refining his physical and tactical skills.
Kiatcharoen
Kiatcharoen is a distinguished former Naval Warfare Officer with the Royal Thai Navy, recognized for his bravery with the Border Service Medal. Transitioning from military service, Kiatcharoen has built a formidable career in private security, specializing in close protection for high-net-worth individuals across Thailand and other parts of Asia. With a vast and reliable security network, he has a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges presented by diverse venues and the entertainment industry. Bringing over two decades of extensive experience to our consultancy, Kiatcharoen is a cornerstone in our commitment to providing unparalleled security solutions.
Hannah
With over 20 years of diverse experience in people, culture, development and operations, Hannah has held various leadership roles primarily in the hospitality and entertainment space. Hannahs career has been a combination of exciting challenges and rewarding achievements. Which have most recently included; orchestrating strategies for growth as the Global HR Director for a thriving hostel, chain in South East Asia. Working along side the CEO of an industry leading entertainment group aligning the team for growth. Holding the role of HR Director at one of London’s most prestigious, five star hotels and working for an industry, leading cruise, ship company, taking new ships out to sea and working within the set up team for the training and compliance department.
She excels at working in fast paced environments, focusing on business growth and the growth and development of people. Which, she has been successfully able to do particularly for the past 10 years travelling between south east Asia and London owning her HR consulting and headhunting business.
